How to Make Fluffy Marshmallow Cupcakes

If you’re planning for a kid’s birthday party, baby shower or a wedding, it’s time to turn your marshmallows into fluffy, pastel marshmallow cupcakes!
Firstly, start off with making the vanilla marshmallow mixture using this step-by-step recipe.
Coat the inner lining of the silicone cupcake molds with some non-stick baking spray.
Fill the aquamarine marshmallow mixture into a piping bag fitted with a normal tip and pipe the mixture into the silicone cupcake molds right up to the top.
Take note that you will have to work quickly here as the mixture begins to set right away. Set aside for 30 minutes while working on the second portion of the marshmallow mixture.
Add in some pink food coloring or any colour of your choice into the marshmallow mixture.
Fit a Wilton 1B tip into the piping bag for the second portion of the marshmallow mixture to create a lovely swirl on top of the aquamarine marshmallow mixture.
Top it all off with a dusting of icing sugar before leaving it to set for another 15 minutes.
Voila! You’re all set for the perfect dessert table for a birthday party, baby shower or even a wedding!
