Q1: Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your orders have been placed, there will be no refunds nor can any changes be made.
Q2: When will you ship out my ChubbeeCloud?
We will ship out your ChubbeeCloud based on your selected ship out date. Please refer to the table below. Cut-off time @ 5pm for next available "ship out date".

Q3: Do you operate during the weekends?
Our operating hours are from Monday - Friday ( 9.30 am - 6.30 pm). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Q4: Can I request a specific time for delivery?
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver your order at a specific time as our riders follow the most efficient route (i.e. the shortest route) in carrying out their duties.
Q5: What if the recipient is not around at the time of delivery?
For House : We will leave the parcel in front of the house/inside the mailbox or guard house and inform the receiver.
For Office : We will leave the parcel to the receptionist.
Q6: Can you make sure I will receive my parcel on the specific date which I have chosen?
Kindly note that we will ship out the parcel based on your chosen ship out date. However, since the delivery will be fulfilled by a third party delivery company, we do not have full control on the exact date that you will receive your parcel. Do place your order earlier to avoid any disappointments especially during festive seasons as there may be a posibility of delay due to high volume of orders as well.
